SECTION I.

I.I Function
Flying License Division is a division that handle San Andreas State Police Flying License. Our job desc here is to provide a Qualifed Instructor to teach people how to fly, becasue they are gonna go through the Flying School that we have. Also Our Division have the right to make a flying license for civilian.

I.II The Request Step

• PRELIMINARY BACKGROUND APLLICATION (PBA)
  In this step, we'll check the applicant application and decide whether the applicant is good enough to be accepted or no.
• BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION
  After the application is good enough, we have to check the applicant background, whether the applicant is clear for any criminal record or no.
• FLYING SCHOOL
  After the apllicant has passed the PBA Stage now the apllicant will be given theory by our qualified instructor, the Flying School itself will take 2 weeks, in 2 weeks every Instructor must give all the theory that student need. And around 2-5 Day before the graduation day an instructor can test their student, and report the result in the website.
• PRACTICAL TEST
  After the student has passed the flying school program, the student can request to their instructor to get tested for the request. they can request around 2-5 day before the graduation day.
