Civilian Employment
Los Santos Police Department

Civilian Employment is a way for the Los Santos Police Department to recruit new candidates who have experience as a government workers in the United State to join the LSPD as a Civilian Worker. Therefore we have many rules to follow if you wish to apply to our department. NOTES : If You're appying for Civillian Employment, that means whenever you are passed your status is still Civilian and not LEO

SECTION I. REQUIREMENTS
  • Definition of Civilian Employment
    Civilian Employment is a different recruitment/employment from Police Recruitment & Police Commendation Recruitment , Civilian employment is specifically for people who wants to work under the auspieces of LSPD as a Civilian Worker. We open a Civilian Employmentfor the United States and do not accept experienced people outside the United States.
  • Age
    You have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum age of 40 years to join the Civilian Employment.
  • Education
    Graduation from a U.S. High School, G.E.D. or equivalent from a U.S. institution, or a San Andreas High School Proficiency Examination (SAHSPE) certificate.
  • Background
    Until Now, Civilian Employment only have 2 type of job positions and those two job positions are Civilian Dispatcher & Station Security. The background evaluation will include, but is not limited to, the following:
    • You must have a history of lawful conduct.
    • You must possess high standards of honesty and integrity as demonstrated by your dealings with individuals and organizations. Behaviors such as theft from employers or others, deceitful acts whether for personal gain or not, and falsifying, misrepresenting, or omitting information on any document or during the selection process will be closely scrutinized.
    • You must respect the rights of all people and have an appreciation for the diversity that characterizes San Andreas. A history of domestic violence, physical altercations, or discourteous, abusive, or violent treatment of others may indicate a lack of self-discipline, an unwillingness or inability to cooperate, or a disregard for the rights of others.
    • You must have a history of making responsible choices regarding the use of drugs and alcohol.
    • Your financial and driving records must demonstrate responsible decisions and appropriate behavior.
    In order to help you determine whether your background is suitable for the position of Police Officer, a Preliminary Background Application ("PBA") is available online. By completing this form you will be immediately notified if there are any issues in your background which may affect you in the Police Officer selection process.

    If You Have crime records , but it's only infraction you can still apply and our staff will review your CV.
  • Health
    You must be in excellent health with no conditions that would restrict your ability to safely complete training and to perform all aspects of your job position, like mental illnes. You must also be in good physical condition.
  • (( Out of Character Requirements ))
    1. 18 years old or older, under 18 will be considered.
    2. Understand how to roleplay properly on FiveM.
    3. At least have already played on Vector Roleplay for 3 Days.
    4. Have a fully working microphone.
    5. Have already watch NoPixel Police Roleplay.

SECTION II. RECRUITMENT STEPS

Note : All Civilian Recruitment Steps must be successfully completed before a candidate may be hired as a Civilian Worker. Generally, candidates must complete each step before being scheduled for the next. Successful candidates may expect to make four to five visits to various City testing sites during the process.
  1. PRELIMINARY BACKGROUND APPLICATION (PBA)
    All candidates must complete the on-line, interactive PBA and JPQ prior to taking the written test
  2. BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION
    The Background Investigation begins with completion of a Personal History documents (which require compilation of extensive biographical information), fingerprinting, and an interview with a background investigator. The investigation will also include checks of employment, police, financial, education, and military records and interviews with family members, neighbors, supervisors, co-workers, and friends. The Polygraph examination is conducted to confirm information obtained during the selection process.
  3. DEPARTMENT INTERVIEW
    A panel interview will be conducted to assess your personal accomplishment, job motivation, instrumentality, interpersonal skills, continuous learning orientation and oral communication skills. Only those candidates who are selected during this part of the process will be scheduled for further testing. If you fail, you may reapply on the next recruitment / 1 weeks after you failed. I
  4. Job Position Training
    This is where the candidates of the Civilian Worker In Los Santos Police Department will be given materials, and off-the job training to be a Civilian Worker in LSPD.

SECTION III. Job Position Definition

The Definition of Civilian DIspatcher & Fleet Security Service
NOTES : Civilian Dispatcher & Fleet Service Unit is not LEO
  1. Civilian Dispatcher
    Responsible for handling emergency, non-emergency calls, radio traffic, and ground traffic. Dispatchers are the 911 professionals who take care of emergency calls from all civilians and will be re-directed to other public safety departments such as police departments and the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Department. Civilian Dispatchers are NOT counted as police officers, however, directed by the police departments. Civilian Dispatcher's duty is to control radio transmission and re-direct any police units or emergency units for several conditions.
  2. Fleet Service Unit
    The Fleet Service Unit is responsible for keeping the station safe & clean, write down the plate and check every vehicle that go in and go out the station. Making sure that every car is parked perfectly. Whenever someone leaves or come the Fleet Service unit needs to write down who is the driver, passenger, what kind of vehicle the officer using, what time when the officer leaves, and the plate number.
  3. Receptionist Unit
    The Receptionist unit is responsible for all incoming reports & serve from every civillian who came to the police station. Receptionist will be placed in all PD Stations, currently we are focusing on MRPD and VPD. Receptionist Unit are NOT counted as Police Officers. The example of what receptionis Unit do is when there is a citizen coming to MRPD receptionist must serve the citizen, like if the citizen report that his child went missing, receptionist needs to call Police Officer /Detective or if there is a report about a car that has been stolen Receptionist unit need to contact Dispatcher and Dispatcher will tell all Officers On Duty that there is a car that has been stolen.
