San Andreas State Police Addresses Incident of Trooper Misconduct

Los Santos, State of San Andreas - The San Andreas State Police is addressing a serious incident of trooper misconduct involving Assistant Commissioner Maxwell Holt. On November 12, 2023, during an altercation with a suspect identified as Ibarra Eesa, Maxwell Holt engaged in physical assault within the confines of Sector A, Mission Row Police Station.

The incident escalated from a verbal dispute between Holt and the suspect to a physical altercation. Holt utilized both his bare hands and a police baton, resulting in severe injuries to the suspect, who was later found battered and bruised inside a cell. Shockingly, the victim's head was forcibly submerged in a toilet and left unattended.

Commissioner Vasco De Gama, leading the investigation into this appalling incident, has taken swift and decisive action. Maxwell Holt has been stripped of his position and all associated authorities as Assistant Commissioner. While he has not been terminated from the department, he has been relieved of duty for an indeterminate period.

Commissioner Vasco De Gama states, "The actions of Assistant Commissioner Maxwell Holt are unacceptable and in violation of our department's code of conduct. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and accountability. Trooper Holt's behavior undermines the trust and integrity we strive to maintain within the San Andreas State Police."
