"Armed Robber" Caught and Raided

Greetings To All The People Of San Andreas,

On Sunday 12th September 2022, Operation Safe Streets Bureau, Special Enforcement Bureau and Aero Bureau conducted a joint operation to search for a person named Edward Winston who had a Search warrant issued by the Department of Justice. Edward Winston has a search warrant because he disposed of evidence in the form of a gun that was used to rob a Blaine County Bank on Thursday 1st September 2022.

Based on the Blaine County robbery case committed by Edward Winston and his friends on September 1, 2022, we requested a search warrant for all of his assets to search for a Browning Hi Power (Class 1) pistol that he had hidden somewhere. The search warrant was approved and issued by Judge Vindar Zakir with the assistance of District Attorney Reuben Pearce and a special unit from the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department will execute the search on September 11, 2022.

On September 11, 2022, the search operation for Edward Winston was divided into 3 teams including the OSSB Unit, AERO Unit, and SEB Unit with the first stage being the arrest of Edward Winston first. The arrest began with a reconnaissance in the Vespucci Beach area which started at 20:00 GMT+7.

During the reconnaissance at Vespucci Beach, a Deputy unit containing Sgt. Sheriff Balvenie Chip, Commander Gabriel Hawkins, and Captain Dim Dim using a Sheriff Interceptor Mustang was seen ticketing a red sports car for possession of Prof. TBS. While they were ticketing, the intelligence unit noticed a black BMW M4 with plate number POMMY which was owned by Edward Winston. The BMW M4 car stopped across Prof. TBS's car and they opened fire on the Deputy who was ticketing him.

The Countywide Operations Unit that was at Vespucci Station immediately walked to the location where Edward Winston's car was also seen. But when we opened fire on the BMW M4, the car was flipped over and there was no Edward Winston inside. But from AERO, we got a visual of Prof. TBS who also shot at the Deputy during the ticketing.

All operating units immediately pursued Prof TBS's car where he and Edward Winston had a close relationship and even Edward Winston also assisted Prof TBS in the shooting of the Deputy. Suspect also entered the tunnel until finally there was a barricade in the tunnel under PBM leading to Mirror Park.

The shooting caused about 6 deputies down and 6 suspects down including Albertus Zayn, Prof. TBS, Jimmy Franco, Edward Winston, Jaxon Atlas, and Dom Carlito. All suspects and deputies who were down were immediately taken to PBM and processed to MRPD including our on point, Edward Winston.

All suspects except Edward Winston were processed to Bolingbroke with the assistance of DOC Bibu Ramonales and the Sheriff Department's Basic Unit for transport, while Edward Winston will be assisted by the Operation Safe Streets Bureau, Special Enforcement Bureau, and AERO Bureau units to conduct the raid according to the applicable letter.

The raid started from his home on Bridge Street, Mirror Park (First Place), his garage on Bridge Street, Mirror Park (Second Place), Alta Street Apartment (Third Place), Apartment Garage (Fourth Place), and Viceroy Medical Center Garage (Fifth Place). After the raid, the evidence was immediately secured and the suspect was released because the raid was completed at 23:45 GMT+7.
