Greetings To All The People Of Los Santos
Misconduct is defined as unacceptable or improper behavior, especially by an employee or professional person. Standard procedures and rules are meant to be followed and enforced to ensure the quality of service in any professional workspace. November 4th, 2022 Law Enforcement dispatch received a report of kidnapping, and not long after Officers and deputies were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, gunfire was heard from an unknown shooter who was shooting at one of the prime suspects at the scene. Soon the shooter was identified as a duty Police Officer, using a government-issued firearm M4 Rifle, and PD Glock.
Under further investigation, it was revealed that the off-duty officer's intention was to help their friend who was kidnapped. Whilst the intention to help a friend in need when off duty is not an act of misconduct as a police officer, using a class 2 government-issued weapon whilst off duty is and the act of misconduct highlighted in this case. The officer has received a suspension as a penalty for their action as can be seen down below.
Sincerely yours,
Assistant Chief of Police Aiden "AIR-1" Atmadja
Los Santos Police Department.
