GUN LICENSE PERMIT
I. OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years old or older.
- Mentally stable and had psychology certification.
- Fully aware of the Penal Code of San Andreas 2020.
- Never involved in any criminal activity (crime records).
- If you got criminal record, you must be clean from the criminal activity for 1 month.
- Economically stable.
II. ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION
- The license itself cost $8.500.
- If you had committed crime in the past, it cost $12.500.
- The license will valid for 3 months, and it is renewable.
- The renewing cost is $4.250.
- If you had committed crime in the past, it cost $6.250.
- The license is only valid for a handgun type of weapon.
- Beretta 92.
- Gun that sold by the LSGC.
III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- If the bearer caught breaking any of San Andreas Penal Code, the license will be revoked.
- If the bearer caught misusing the license, the bearer will be fined $2.000 plus license will be revoked and also a banned on the Firearms License will be issued.
- Using the license as a reason for an action of vigilante.
- Using the license for purchase and selling firearms.
- Using the license for performing criminal activity.
- If the license expired, the bearer got one week of time to renew its license, or the license will be archived and the bearer must create a new license.
- The bearer shall concealed their gun at any moment, and shall be stored under a heavy protected fault.
- The bearer shall report any usage of its firearms, since the report will help a lot from any misunderstanding between the Police Department and the bearer.
- The bearer shall report any lost of firearms caused by robbery or something, if the bearer caught keep losing their gun, the bearer will be considered as not qualified, and permanent banned from the firearms application will be issued upon the bearer.
- Open carry is extremely prohibited.
